Bob, this will happen a lot quicker than you think , try Xmas 2019... The big launch at the China Tech and IOT summit is late July 2019. This is where both Isoftstone and NET explain their partnership further and the products they have created . On top of this the big VIN sales starts early July..
On another matter Alibaba are listing on the Hong Kong stock exchange(they are already listed in USA) September 2019 raising approx 29 billion.. The plan from them is too invest/ purchase tech companies ..Will NET have a target on its back?, yep , interesting times.
