I see the latest Ericsson world wide mobile scription report says for first quarter 2019 China had 30 million new users register.. From what I understand the Netlinkz Vin comes with most new subscriptions from China Telecom and China Unicom, I also understand China Mobile is very interested in our technology.. So anyone who signs up for the internet phone type package automatically gets a VIN, just part of the package... and monthly fee of course.
