while i did 11 years working at anz, i was retail not investment bank, i cant recall exactly but vaguely remember the anz nominees being set yo late 90's to hold for various clients, mostly big investors and high net worth individuals (pvt bank), what I am driving at is not so much the type of investors here but that its very unlikley to be anz bank buying the shares on its own behalf
