The takeover example is a possibility, not a probability.
It's so remote a possibility that it hardly bears mentioning does it?
I mean, it's really really remote so that mentioning it is almost absurd and serves no purpose.
Except to crowd the discussion.
Because this looks like a partnership and in that case the SP is about go go BOOM!
But the more people are distracted and told to worry about side issues, then told to relax about them the less likely they will be excited by the reality and be ready to BUY when we come out of suspension and the deal is announced.
Now that would be a crying shame, wouldn't it?
