How high could we go in the Chart

I guess the question is where are we at now and what is fair value. I would like to think that fair value should the technology get the tick of approval would put the company in the $30 mill to $55 mill market cap range before a cap raising (Not Unreasonable and could go higher).

Here are the sequence of events on the attached chart that have pushed the price down to a measly 2 cents and market cap of around $5 mill here. So with some good management decisions and positive announcements on the tech this should be between a 6 - 11 bagger from here within the next few months.
That's my take on things, what's yours?
