Yes that's the whole point. It was going places before some pretty ordinary decisions based on whatever motivation. As mentioned when this comes back from suspension lifted it has the potential to go up very quickly if confidence is restored and could be in the low to mid teens in the blink of an eye. Remember when they announced the initial cap raising at 5 cents when the share price was 5 cents.

The share went up to 6.5 cents over the next few days because it was still a bargain. But those in the know new what was coming and would have sold off prior to the 2 cents cap announcement. I wish I was a fly on the wall behind closed doors with the new management and what is planned.
