The global REE market is only $10 billion. That could double over the next 5-10 years. For the sp to reach heights loftier than 5x from here I think Lynas would have to expand its business into other areas.
I think Lyc is an excellent investment and I expect healthy sp growth over the next 3-5 years (2x - 5x).
