When significantly over subscribed the share price will re rate straight to $5 burning every single short held. The compounding effect would be enormous.

The insos would be happy to pay overs for a small parcel as they would understand the end result on the share price. Dilution on $100m @ $5 would be negligible and more irrelevant with the share price appreciation.

I think management need to fight fire with fire. ALB is shorted about $1B. GXY and ORE heavily shorted. They wont cover unless forces to do so IMO. Unexpected is whats required.
