Once it breaks through the multi year top of 45cents, it could quckly have a dollar or two or three maybe even four and more to replace the '0' in $0.21
But knowing that there are no institutions holding the stock, you only need one to make a move a buy couple of million of shares and then the shareprice would go up substantially.
Holders of MRE stock would find it very hard to justify not partly switching into HRR which has a resources grading at least 50% higher than MRE and of better quality.
In either case, if two such players would take a fancy, even better.
