The letters improvement is the key result which will be tracked on the trial - the more letters the more valuable the company will theoretically be worth. At 5+ letters you might see the share price explode instantly to over $4 from $1 currently. ie. 400% gain. On the flipside, the trial shows less than 2 letters improvement the the SP might sell off to maybe 50c.

OPTOA is an option - you pay the price for a chance to buy shares at 80c any point until end of Aug25. If shares are trading for less than 80c, then you can let the shares expire worthless ie. you lost what you paid for them. If OPT is trading at $4, then you can buy shares at 80c minus how much you paid for OPTOA is your profit.
