The greatest unknown is the effect of sozinibercept combo treatment at 52w. During melb investor day Q&A there was a question about if anything else may be upregulated if the entire pathway is blocked with anti VEGF-A and sozinibercept (C&D blockage) + PIGF. Megan clearly answered this question saying once you block all those pathways then there would be no escape mechanism for additional Angiogenesis. My take is that it is clear that 52w performance will comparable with 24w - with a chance for further improvement as the control arm may decrease over time due to up regulation of C/D for these subtypes which respond poorly to anti VEGF-A ie. occult / minimally classic / PCV
