40 always uses the mkt cap as his guide. a 1 cent share may not be cheap, nor a $30 one expensive.

i've always found this to be so wise after a broker told me so many many yonks ago.

take mkt cap and options outstanding. assess opts if likely to be called or not and then allow for the opt call if likely as cash in the bank for whatever use, ie debt repayments or exploration etc. dont forget all those director fruities called options that you forgot you voted in during those past agms !

it can all end up a 'messy tuff one to calc' but will throw that share price on the ords into some reality.
