G'day Eyeman, Noble Group are a Hong Kong based metal trader with more then 500 employees. They will be looking to option up the 200k tons of the CCZ stockpiles and then on sell it to end users.It was good to see Simon Paull say this is an important focus going forward in one of his interviews.
