The price needs volatility. The SP will be what it is based on market anticipation of value news to come and future outlook. The rise from the teens happened after the CES which in my opinion could speak well for BRN performance then ran up harder and settled down. we are know 3 months from CES so it's possible the market see potential news to come hence the strength. Yeah it could be a pump but but retail was not buying in the teens and based on everyones charts and expectations we are all waiting to buy between 23 and 27 cents. So who is buying?
