Interesting reading this thread…..but…..
1. Are there 3 bidders?
2. There has already been a bidding war. It may go further.
3. The first bid was a 30% premium to the SP before it was known in the market a bid was coming.
4. History shows that a good outcome would be a 60% premium. This would be $4.80.
5. The board has allowed due diligence for one party indicating it may be willing to negotiate up from the current price.
If you think this is $6………well just remember the increments have been 30 cents so far.
