My estimation of Finkel has dropped considerably.
This article feels like he was leaned on late Sunday by the PMs department looking to throw a bone to those who think we need to take climate change seriously.
He duly produced this.... It is weak on substance and the argument for CCS is almost nonexistent.
But he makes it anyway.
