blarg I think you got it wrong. MS has repeatedly stated in the past that CVI would be getting in through the back door by bypassing the tender process and partnering with local companies for blocks that were for local companies. I read C as what we were originally chasing with Nexoil.

B is what we were previously bypassing but thanks to powerful new alliences (read falcon..maybe others ?) we are now in this process as well. this is new news.

And of course A. we only recently had a hint from MS that offshore was also on the cards now but we had no details. But today we find we are up for four offshore blocks.

the way i read it this is a vastly enhanced out look for CVI and only the lack of finalization and detail has let us down today.

Is this the way others read it...or was i being overly harsh on thomas earlier ??
