CVI can only get our money back if they decide to refund us. We still have the Pensador shares as a company asset which is worth 80 odd million dollars on the books, and we may be able to sell the shares for more or less down the track.
I would be very surprised if they managed to recover the initial cash back, as this would have likely already been largely used in the setup of the business (buying of the US listing, accounting and consulting fees).
