I have to say I was skeptical at first and found no immediate result (keeping in mind I am not using it for performance) but I have been using Turbine for just over two weeks now and notice a drop in my heart rate and the muscles surrounding my diaphragm more relaxed albeit small changes, this was never meant to cure my condition rather help cope with it under stress. I have no information regarding hospital trials etc but intend to ask more questions regarding both products.
