'Perhaps it may be the only [way] for anything to happen'

The logic of aligning directors incentives with company performance is a reasonable one.

However, we have tried this with the GWR board for the last five years - and it did'nt work. I don't think they deserve a second, third, fourth etc. chance. I recognize that some of the board members are new - but they need to prove themselves by delivering results - then I would be happy to consider it.

But this is just my opinion so please make up your own mind - I don't want to come across as telling people how to vote.
