i say: live your lives, let serial "property acquirers" keep bankers in their jobs...they wouldn't know what to spend money on, anyway !
btw: that theme about "money not being important" is kinda running throughout a lot of those advices...the one thing that you have to part with and the one and only thing "they" want from you, is not important !
