logically speaking, i agreed that upcoming 4c may not be that good otherwise they could raise CR after good news.But there could be another reason, which is if they release 4c and everyone knows that they need a CR, then sp could drop deeper even if 4C result is good.
I don't agree sayings like tech boom is over that is why rfn crashes. Actually you said what you really think at the end, it is if they can generate good revenue then you will be in again. So, it is all about they are making money or not.
Above all, Reffind is not that "tech" at all compared to google, microsoft, tesla, spacex etc. And have a look at tesla stock price before you make "tech boom is over" conclusion.
