it is possible i am missing something here but i dont want my WES shares reduced! to retain the same number of shares that i have now i am going to have the privilege of paying brokerage to buy my shares back with the proceeds of my capital return. how does this benefit shareholders like me?
if the company wants to reign in the scrip a little why not just do a buy back?
how is capital return good for me?
