    Don't overlook the fact that,if you have elected to take shares instead of cash, then the lower the share price before distribution time, the greater the number of new shares you will receive...

    Then as the share price appreciates prior to the December declaration date it is most probable that the price of the listed stocks will appreciate..

    Then would be the time to sell your 'new' shares if you wished to...
