    With regard to the export by rail and sea, I see no reason why the port couldn’t export just over a million tonnes pa , rail is handling just over a million which could be ramped up also so it is a possibility. The port was shipping 750,000 tonnes of cement out and combined with that it shipped 250000 tonnes of coal in one year due to shortage of rolling stock.
    Let’s not forget that Bathurst originally were intending to ship a million per annum from the Escarpment whilst Solid were going to ship a similar amount by train.
    unfortunately the rail is still down so nothing has moved for a fortnight due to recent flood damage.
