The Chinese want SDL's assets but it doesn't mean they will pay you for it.
I warned of the the same thing on HC when the SP was 40+c but was flamed instead.
Management has been winging it for years so it's hard to see how things can improve under the current crew.
At the end of the day, SDl is likely to be given away for peanuts.
