How is PRL unique with respect to its competitors?, page-4

One of the curiosity I am having is re: Agency status provided to PRL.

Is agency status is possible to obtain via connections or links. Or, state government have some bare minimum requirements such as future growth, community engagements (including jobs the company generates). From what I read when an agency status is provided, there is separate resources provided to that company and there must be some really valid reason for PRL to get one of the agency status. Surprisingly market didn't reacted well. But this might be one of the reason price is pretty stable at the moment ( it did held over Christmas and new year, was expecting it to go down)
