Look at Uscom (UCM) tech also. Great tech, but they can't get FDA approval and CPT code.
We are the gold standard and only FDA approved. (read all the old Atcor announcements which provide clear understanding of our superior tech).
As Shik stated, BP at the cuff, etc are old tech - BP at the heart is critical to improving medications etc and we also measure arterial stiffness with our waveform analysis. There are some you-tube videos that talk about the pressure at the heart and why it is/ has to be X times stronger as it pushes blood to all extremities - therefore measuring BP at an extremity can actually cause harm with incorrect medication levels for certain diseases including organ related issues.
