I know it's a provocative title but hear me out.
Normally high growth companies trade at high valuations, and if they don't meet expectations they fall in price. this company not only trades at a very high price (EV/EBIT is like 150x) but if it doesn't grow rapidly it will just go bust. I haven't seen so much debt leaded into such a small company since Seven west bought of the Seven network. Also anyone have any thoughts on why it is acceptable to loan over 1M to a director to buy shares????? Like for a company this size it's pretty sketchy. Also why does this company deal in options and derivative contracts?
