Well presumably if he talks he will detail his side of the story and by denying the allegation in effect call higgins a liar. Not sure that is the basis of a successful defamation case as surely Higgins would need to prove that she was not lying? Kinda back to square one then aren't we? I would like to hear his side of the story and if he gets cash for it, as Higgins has benefited financially from her allegations, that's fair.
