    It's also possible that they tried to prep him for testimony and realised it was weak as piss and advised him not to take the stand. The jury would've been instructed not to make assumptions of guilt on the defendants decision not to take to the stand for x, y and z reasons. There is more to my opinion than just his decision not to testify. This whole thing stinks of cover up from tip to toe.
