I wouldn't be basing any comment or assertion on what Google serves up as its search results these days - you'd be better off spending some time learning what different terms mean.
As your man vagabond84 mentions, lease liabilities aren't debt, they're committments for having the shop open to customers. Woolies has got a great ecommerce thing going but they unfortunately still require physical shops for people to walk into.
Added in this report is a write down of the old NZ Countdown brand which has been thrown overboad and is dragging their EPS down this year.
