More likely the PR failures one after another. I check back in here every now and then for a laugh and it really is every few months, a new scandal. See my post in the other thread for how mind boggling this is. This should be a pretty easy business to run without scandal and most of the scandals are avoidable marketing failures which are very tone deaf.
Note, I am actually bullish on both this and COL purely because they won't lose their defacto monopoly anytime soon. They are very stable due to the land banking preventing any competitors coming in en masse + essential products and logistics advantages.
