The company's interest cover ratios (ICR) mean they have no trouble paying the debt as it is.
I have voted no on my proxy vote, as feel we are getting shafted by the board to accept it. if they had real skin in the game this would not be going through.
I will leave them to hold the vaseline bottle and wont be accepting it being applied.
