at 20c BECG translates to $0.0076c a BEC after taking into account the interest payment.

at 17cents BECG translate to aroung $0.0057 a BEC.

Potential arbitrage trade there with BEC going through at 1.2c, or BECG perhaps forecasting that BEC is still on the slide. The accountant report indicates if the vote doesn't go through BECG is unsecured and likely to get zero in a liquidation so need to factor that into the arbitrage calc

IMO BEC is still on the slide, and the risk of losing 100% of capital in BECG isn't worth the risk at 17 - 20c. Eyes on 9th June for the last day to have a punt on BECG, if they get close to 10c I might have a crack
