    Unfortunately, it looks like BEC is a dead duck unless this happens, so it probably does not matter if you are in BEC or BECG. The only difference is you could possibly sell BEC and bug BECG, knowing that at the current prices you'll own more BEC if the deal goes through. Realistically, we are all going to get screwed over more holding BEC than BECG at this stage, if the deal does go through. But what is the alternative? If the deal doesn't go through, it appears BEC is a 95% chance of being liquidated. At least if it happens, we may preserve some value.

    This is a horrible deal, but losing 100% due to BEC being liquidated is worse. I am totally pi$$ed at management, for allowing BEC to get into this state, but I am angrier at myself for not bailing out when I was in front.
