Personally what is missing for me, is the Information of what ESI Australia's revenue will be.
Talk on here is of ESI Australia licensing to ESI India etc.

Will it be a 1 off payment and then a low licensing scheme... that would suck due to the huge potential.

What we need to see, is writing that will absolutely guarantee that the Australian side of ESI is going to be strongly linked financially to whatever benefit occurs over in India.

Something along the lines of a Royalty payment for every Tonne of Coal processed.
A Royalty payment for every Tonne of Steel produced.

At every single plant and mill.

THAT is what we need to see, that is what will send this to the Dollars.
