Haven't bothered to visit a Kmart since I wanted to buy a BBQ that was on special some years ago- the store had no stock of this particular BBQ but they indicated (when I finally found a staff member who would begrudgingly talk to me) that another store about 20km away did have 1 available. I said I would purchase right away- they laughed at me and said I would have to travel to the other store and arrange the purchase myself- and no- they would not hold it for me.....that's when the fight started.... My wife however visited the same store and bought some shoes that were on special for our 2 daughters....the shoes lasted about a week before falling apart and that's when the fight with my wife started......... Seriously I will NEVER use Kmart ever again.
