I agree that some of the wording in recent announcements is quite possibly deliberately open to interpretation. In the last quarterly you are correct they said “closing out Offtake negotiations” BUT in the CR documentation they say “we are confident of finalising our Offtake arrangement”. That seems clearer to me but still it doesn’t say announcing!
I reckon any financing component of a Offtake agreement will more than compensate for any potential downside in BML’s case.
