the mistake many people make is thinking that stocks cannot be permanently crushed by small volumes.... you don't need big volumes to completely kill a stock - I've seen it happen that stocks have been killed off by volumes many times smaller than those going through WMT...
you aren't believing what you're seeing - WMT is now a basket case with Dines gone and the company having raked in 30-odd million dollars....
it's not rocket science....
