Hi Daisy,
Below is an extract from the notice of general meeting to be held on the 17th Oct.

To consider, and if thought fit, pass the following resolution as an ordinary resolution:
That for the purposes of section 254H of the Corporations Act 2001, and for all other purposes, shareholders approve
the consolidation of every 50 shares on issue into 1 ordinary share, with fractions of a share being rounded up to the
nearest whole number (Consolidation), with the Consolidation to take effect on 19 October 2011.
