Are any of these the centers that Perlous are trying to get the management rights to?
Kelston, Meadowlands, Porirua Mega Centre and Barrington.
By the way last week I received an email from Perlous in response to an email I sent them, they see an upside to not even being successful because the increased profile to PPI
Here is part of their email to me,
Firstly win lose or draw the profile of our company has increased dramatically and secondly the consequences of even partial success will be quite dramatic. If you consider that the asset value of just three of the 9 syndicate (for which we have a mandate to call meetings) is well over $300 million we could double our assets under control with just three successful investor meetings.
IMHO They are no better than Ambulance Chasers.
