"Biden intends to insert or earmark new money for climate plans in every department budget including Energy department, Defense etc" C4V and Energylink3 are already working with both.

"NY transit authority estimated in september 2019 tjat it would cost more than $40 billion to fix decrepit subway and bus system"...C4V working with BAE systems one of the largest defence contractors and electric bus makers in the world. They also have strong links to NYSERDA and NY gov.

"Agriculture offers another field for climate action"....C4V subsidiary Energylink3 made it clear they are targeting agriculture/farming industry.
