I really don't see the sale of Nachu as something that will happen. There is too much long term potential upside in having your own graphite anode supply chain in house . Just look at a company like Talga, and some of the potential valuations being thrown around there, and Nachu starts to make a lot of sense.
The fact that they are going ahead with the build IMO means that their product is "good enough" to enter the market, and that there is general confidence that the demand side is there. If that is the case then the question likely isn't "are we going to get the funding" but "what is the best way to go about getting the funding". These two are very different, but the market can't really see which question is being asked and so remains doubtful.
Funding for Nachu, Townsville, etc. depends on their ability to start showing some short term profitability. Both require significant investments, and it is understandable why funders are wary, when the company isn't showing any revenue.
Don't see why off-take agreements shouldn't be forthcoming soon (before production gets going), and/or im3ny getting listed.... either of these also could also be good for SP.
