My last attack of gastro happened to coincide 2 hours after a feed of KFC, this put a downer on future purchases of this food. With luck and having consumed no KFC my wife caught it too just 12hours later.....unknown to us due to other complications just 2 days earlier our daughter had had it also.
Anyway hand to mouth is rife everywhere, easy to blame the physical food because it seems logical.
If by the fairly rare chance it was actually food poisoning, the timing can give a bit of a clue because it only ever be either a endo or an exotoxin the delay of symptoms will give some clue....like that pie i ate once from a mobile van on a jobsite.......an endotoxin for sure.
