Cinco will be relinquished. If BHPP does not want to drill it, I can't see anyone else drilling it either.
Furthermore, Otto will not see any significant compensation from BHPP. They are already got paid for the back costs on the licence and also had the whole area completely seismiced at BHPP's expense.
The question I want answered is who owns the seismic over SC55 that BHPP shot? Is it BHPP or Otto?
I would take all the seismic as compensation any day of the week.
