Well that anncmt pretty much says Otto owns it.
In fact, I do recall Otto physically paying for the seismic through their own cashflow statements in the quarterly reports in 2010 and BHPP reimbursing them for it at the same time.
So Otto clearly own it. If someone else wants to takeover that acreage, it will cost them a bundle to shoot their own seismic again when it is all sitting up there in Otto's offices.
Interesting situation. If Philippines want this drilled, you would be better to extend the licence with the people holding the seismic.
