Incentive for PH is a doubling of his salary & continued wages & super for a decade to come plus a cushy job with respect in the nickel industry unlike AFAF & fulfilling his promise to Padley & army who no doubt have massive holdings here most at 11.0c.
incentive for BOD is boosted & continued salaries and bonuses & good CVs & massive profits for their proxies BMM AFAF Citi Padley & Army & BNP.
BNP holds or held 6% in numerous broker trustee accounts in the top 100 that we know of so who these beneficial owners actually are is unknown at this time but must be rich listers or the suitor(s).
If you think as they dont own many shares so they dont care then you aint counting their proxies & buddies in here. Directors often act in SECRET for others as proxies.
For example DHDH & DLF acted for BMM and still do imho.
Many of the senior staff are exNorilsk staff.
The incentive is reputation, stability & continuation more so than ST wages imho.
