how long can wah nam extend the current offer?

    Have had a quick look at the corporations act and if I have read correctly it appears that the Wah Nam mongrels can keep extending the offer for up to a year in its current form. Does anyone know if this is correct? When did the offer open i.e. how long has it been going for at the moment?
