I have some spare cash sitting in my brokerage account and would like to use it for a long-term hold. I came across MFG recently and have been reading past posts in this forum for the last hour. The forum seems to have gotten a little quiet though - even though there seemed to be some great posters.
It would be a great diversification for my portfolio if I were to buy this - I'd hold it for five to ten years. I basically just don't want cash just sitting there, any there are no other stocks that interest me right now that I haven't already invested in. It would make up 10% of my portfolio.
Peter Lynch is one of my business idols and I've read his books. I understand there were talented fund managers at Magellan in the states in the past and it looks like there is talent at this company too. It seems like this is a great buy but could someone please point out anything looming ahead that I may have missed.
